Mark Delphin has been practicing law in Lake Charles and surrounding areas for over forty years. A native of Cane River, Louisiana, Mark received his Juris Doctorate degree from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert School of Law in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Following law school, he clerked at the Louisiana Supreme Court for one year before coming to Lake Charles, Louisiana. As an experienced trial lawyer, Mark has fought for justice in many arenas throughout his career but now focuses on personal injury claims.

Numerous class action and mass tort cases, including Mossville Litigation, Fen/Phen, Baycol, and Louisiana Clerk of Court Litigation.
Composed and coordinated the team who presented State v. Wigley, 624 So. 2d 425 (La. 1993), to the Louisiana Supreme Court which, in large, lead to the creation of the Public Defender System in Louisiana today.
